Hello All,
Jess has been doing pretty well since the last time she had chemo. It is nice for her to have this time off and relax to get stronger. She has been trying to walk everyday to help build herself up. The puffiness in her face has gone down some from the steroids; since she hasn't had to take them as much lately. Overall we are feeling pretty well. She had to go to Sky Lakes today (in Klamath Falls) to have her picc dressing cleaned and changed. On Monday she has two IV chemo treatments again in Medford. OHSU called yesterday and they were already setting up her appointments for the next checkup in Portland on the 7th and 8th of April. It seems fast, but like I told Pat March has just started and it is a long month. So that is all for now. I will let you know how she does. Thank you for checking in and please keep her in your prayers. Love, Cindi
P.S. This is the address and the phone number for the Cascade Horseman if you would like to request a March copy and read the article on Jess :)

Hi Cindi,
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like things are going better, and we are so relieved to hear this! I saw the picture of the beautiful saddle being donated! Nice! You guys remember to keep looking forward - even if at times it's two steps forward, and one step back. All of you are thought of and prayed for each day, and we know that each day God is guiding this journey.
Love, sincere hugs, and many prayers,
Kimberley, Richard, and Morgan
