Good Evening! I hope that everyone has recovered from New Years! Well, Jess had a rough day on Fri. Hives, chills, no appetite, and over all just blucky. I had to keep taking her temp to make sure she didn't have a high fever, but she was alright there. Wow, does she scare me sometimes. I stress and stress worrying about her. She woke up this morning though feeling a lot better. I actually took her outside and a quick trip to town to get her out and about--and some fresh air. She looked so much better and she ended up eating really well today too. That is always a good sign. The chemo is so scary, the way it affects her. She was mainly just achy and cold today. We stopped to get the mail and the air fight bill was there and you guys would not believe how much it was....$17,500!! And that is just from Klamath to Medford. Crazy, crazy! Well I am off for the night. Thanks so much for checking in. Please keep her in your prayers and send positive energy her way.
Love you all,
Cindi
Cindi, try to calm yourself when you feel anxiety and try to think of other things. This stress can not be good for you and your heart. I know it has to be hard to not worry, but your worrying will only make you sick and it can't help. It seems like we worry about our loved ones, because we feel like it will help us deal with it, but it really just comprimises our own immune system. Jessi needs you to be as strong as possible and you need to be as strong as possible, so try to distract yourself as much as you can. Give the worries to God and he will take care of them. I love you and pray for you and your family to be as stong as possible through this.
ReplyDeleteHi Cindi,
ReplyDeleteI am in complete agreement with Vanessa! I know the bills are crazy high, but you have an entire community walking with you as closely as we can, and we will somehow manage all of this! You are not alone in your struggles! Our dear Lord, along with your friends, is with you and your family 110%! You, and your wonderful family, are being prayed for nonstop! Cindi, please remember to take care of yourself through this endeavor. Jess needs a Mom that is strong right now - even if that may seem a bit selfish, go ahead and take care of yourself. After all, giving your all to your wondrous daughter means taking care of yourself, too! We love all of you and keep you and your terrific family in our thoughts and prayers constantly.
Prayers, love, and REALLY BIG hugs,
Kimberley, Richard, and Morgan
