April 18th

Hi Everyone!

Well Jess gave us quite a scare. I asked her if we could please knock off going to the hospital...lol. She ended up getting to our house about 1245 am on Sat morning. The doctor ended up doing a lot of tests on her abdomen. He said that her gallbladder was full of sludge?? I looked it up and it can be serious if not taken care of. It can be caused by a few things, but when I was reading I noticed that it can be caused by medications used for abdomen tumors, not eating healthy, and not enough fluids. That is right up Jessi's alley. The doctor sent her home with pain meds and muscle relaxers just to keep her from being in pain until she sees her doctor in Medford tomorrow. I am kind of anxious to hear what she has to say. I don't like the thought of Jess having surgery; so we need to get this taken care of. She says that she went and got a lot of healthy foods and has been drinking a lot of fluids. Hopefully we can get this cleared so she can get started on her chemo. We want to get it started so that the two months are done and over with as soon as possible. They have to be over there by 8 am so it will be an early day for them.
